Is an engagement session included?

An engagement session is included with some packages. An engagement session will help you to become comfortable in front of the camera and with your photographer. Helping to find your best pose and create some amazing photographs that truly represent the two of you as a couple!

Do we really get ALL of the photos?

YES! Every other company sorts the photos to remove duplicates, technically flawed images and even some images that don't fit either of those categories just because it wasn't the best image. We want you to have them all, cause who are we to say you wouldn't want it just cause it wasn't the greatest image?

Are the digital files included?

Yes, of course! We wouldn't want to keep your images from you. The digital files can be downloaded, shared and printed for personal use (prints, cards etc.). You'll be able to download them from your online gallery after the wedding.

How will we see our images?

Once the images are ready, we will upload them to our beautiful online gallery. You'll be able to share the gallery with your friends and family. Your images will be backed-up and available for a minimum of 1 year. You can also download, share and order prints from the gallery.

How long does it take to see our images?

The engagement session images will be delivered within 3 weeks of the session date and wedding images will be delivered 4-6 weeks after the wedding date.

Do you offer albums?

Absolutely! We are happy to add an album to any package. We have albums that start at just $325 and vary in size, number of pages and number of images.

What is the Pink Pineapple style of photography?

The final wedding galleries will have a nice blend of candid, portrait and directed interactive (the most popular style with our couples) images. Our Customer Care team will take the time to get to know you and understand your vision to help match you with the photographer who will capture your day best.

How important is a second photographer?

The primary goal of your photographer is to capture photos of the Bride & Groom, families and bridal party. A second photographer will add a more candid approach, offer different angles and cover parts of the day one person simply can't get to.

When should I talk to my photographer?

We recommend scheduling a call with your photographer 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding. At that time, all the logistics are pretty much finalized (timeline, location) and questionnaires are complete. This way you can focus on reviewing any specific requests with your photographer.
