When Matt and Kyrstin started to think about their wedding day, they knew they wanted a wedding that reflected their love for the outdoors. And the charm of the Arizona mountains. This real, intimate Lost Dutchman wedding was nothing short of beautiful, with a warm and intimate vibe that radiated happiness.

The Venue

They chose this intimate Lost Dutchman State Park wedding just outside of Mesa as the backdrop for their wedding day. The rugged beauty of the desert landscape provided a picturesque setting that perfectly matched their love for the mountains. With towering saguaros and the Superstition Mountains as a backdrop, this outdoor venue was nothing short of spectacular.

We asked Matt and Kyrstin what they were most looking forward to and Matt stated “the moment when he would see Kyrstin walking down the aisle”. For Kyrstin, the highlight was her dad giving her away… There was also a unique twist to their special day. They brought in a beer burro, a donkey serving drinks after the ceremony, adding a fun and memorable touch to their celebration.

The clear skies and gentle warmth created an ideal atmosphere for the outdoor ceremony at Lost Dutchman State Park.
