Below you will find the steps to complete before you can provide services at PPS Events, including required documentation, expectations for contractors, other resources, and general details that will likely answer many of your questions. We try to stay as transparent as possible and are available for any additional questions you may have.
Steps to Complete Before You May Provide Services at PPS Events
Review & Sign Independant Contractor Agreement
You should have received a separate email with a link to the Agreement. Please review and sign the Independent Contractor Agreement.

Form W-9
The IRS requires PPS to obtain a Form w-9 from all contractors. Please use the link below to access the form, complete and email PAGE 1 ONLY to:

Compensation
Details
After your first event for us, you'll receive a request from Quickbooks to provide your banking ACH information.
PPS will compensate contractors for all services provided at Events within fifteen (15) days.

Submit Portfolio Images (Photogs only)
From 5-10 events that you have lead shot, please provide 80-100 unedited-RAW images for our editors to create your portfolio with. This selection should include: Details, B&G Portraits, Bridal Party, Ceremony, few Getting Ready, few Family, few Reception.
By submitting, you acknowledge you have the right and do grant PPS all rights to utilize the images as PPS deems fit, subject to Sections 9 and 10 of the Independent Contractor Agreement.

Submit Events for Blog (Photogs & Videogs)
Submit 3 events that you have lead shot, please provide the culled collection of unedited-RAW images or complete collection of footage for our editors to create blog posts to promote your work.
By submitting, you acknowledge you have the right and do grant PPS all rights to utilize the images as PPS deems fit, subject to Sections 9 and 10 of the Independent Contractor Agreement.

Submit Bio & Headshot
Please submit your headshot and a 3-5 sentence Bio of yourself that includes your professional Photo/Video experience, something you love doing outside of Photo/Video work, a favorite thing/place to do in the major area you live and maybe a new thing/place you've been wanting to try in the major area you live.

Liability and Equipment Insurance Coverage
Pink Pineapple Studio, LLC carries Liability Insurance to protect its business and to satisfy the requirements of its clients and wedding venues. The insurance policy may not cover you as Contracted Photographer/Videographer. If you don't already have liability insurance, pursuant to Section 7 of the Independent Contractor Agreement, you are required to obtain a $1M Liability Insurance policy to protect yourself and PPS against any issues that could arise. PPS shall be listed as additional insured under such policy. We have compiled some favorites from the wedding photo/video industry for you to compare and get quotes from to see what would be best for you. Generally, liability insurance is relatively inexpensive and is essential for small businesses to operate.
PPS does not benefit from or endorse any of the companies listed below.

Setting up the Company Provided Email
PPS provides an email address which allows the contractor to communicate with clients and PPS’s admin team. Once the above steps are complete, you'll receive an email (to your previously provided email address) with the configuration settings for the PPS email account. This will allow the contractor to add the account to your computer and/or phone. Contractors are expected to utilize the PPS email account in accordance with Section 11 of the Independent Contractor Agreement.
