Intimate Celebration | Jan & Doc

Our affordable Phoenix wedding photographers had the pleasure of capturing Jan and Doc’s wedding day in Scottsdale, Arizona, and it was a sweet experience! The intimate celebration took place at two beautiful venues: the ceremony at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church and the reception at The Scott Resort. The vibe was everything you’d want—elegant, intimate, and full of love.

From the moment we spoke with Jan and Doc, I knew their wedding day was going to be special. They were so excited and clearly in love. Jan mentioned she was most looking forward to being with her beloved Doc, while Doc said he couldn’t wait to marry the most beautiful woman in North America.

The decor was tastefully elegant, perfectly complementing the intimate celebration they envisioned. Both venues were chosen for their positive vibes and perfect fit for the day’s events. St. Barnabas Episcopal Church offered a serene, spiritual space for their ceremony, while The Scott Resort provided a vibrant atmosphere with a perfect indoor space for the reception.

Intimate Dance Celebration

One of my favorite moments was capturing their first dance. It was a WOW moment for all the guests, filled with joy and elegance. The look on Jan and Doc’s faces as they danced was pure magic while they finished it with a perfect dip.

The couple wrote about their experience with our team and this kind of thing reminds us why we do what we do: “We would highly recommend your organization. I just never worried about a thing! Tara was terrific. She flowed with minor changes and helped guide us into photos I know will be special. You all were wonderful.
