A story of how we got to this McDowell Sonoran Preserve Gateway Trailhead engagement session.

Judianne and Jerry’s love story began in the most unexpected of places – a Reddit chat room. Their connection was over a series of jokes and laughter as if the universe had orchestrated their meeting. It was as if they were destined to find each other in the vast digital world.

Jerry from Kentucky and Judianne from Arizona had a magical first date. Exploring the enchanting halls of an art museum in Dayton, Ohio and Norman Rockwell exhibit hand in hand. Love blossomed amidst the vibrant colors and captivating brushstrokes.

After long distance dating for a year and a half, Jerry was visiting Scottsdale. It was on one of their favorite hikes when he proposed to Judianne. She gave him an instant ‘yes’! Jerry made the next life-changing decision to move to Arizona. A place where they could create a future filled with love and endless possibilities. It was a leap of faith, a testament to the strength of their love.

It was on that very trail at Gateway that they decided to capture their love in the form of engagement photos. They wanted to immortalize this special place, where their love had taken root and flourished.
